Founded in 2005, Providence Builders, Inc. was the culmination of over a decade and a half of construction experience in Arizona. In a attempt to create a smaller company that operates like a larger company, we took the best of the policies and procedures obtained from larger reputable companies we worked for in the past and incorporated them into Providence Builders, Inc. By doing this we have reduced exorbitant overhead costs that are eventually transferred to the client but maintained the level of quality and organization required to properly function as a company.

Being a smaller general contractor also produces more personable relationships with our clientele. There are no concerns about being passed on from person to person or department to department as the project progresses. Although many support personnel may be involved, you will always have a main point of contact that will never change.

Always attempting to better ourselves, not only in construction but in the business word as a whole, we are always examining the newest ideas, concepts, and techniques available. From more efficient estimating programs, to social networking, to LEED programs, we strive to change and grow with the community around us. By doing so we are able to pass any savings through to our customers.

About This Site

Because we know how daunting the task of renovating an existing space or constructing a new building can be. And because we've noticed the lack of awareness and educating of the non-construction population about what we do. This site was create with two purposes in mind:
1) To let anybody who was interested to learn about us and what we do and
2) To act as a resource to any clients, (whether current, future, or past) subcontractors, architects, engineers, and anybody else interested in expanded their knowledge in the construction industry.

The majority of our content is free and we hope it will answer any of your questions about what we do. Under our "Resources" tab you will find an online construction dictionary and links to specialty contractors, along with various other helpful information. Please feel free to contact us if you cannot find the answers you are seeking.

We provide this to you as a service because we believe that having all of the information is the best way to make an educated decision. So even if you decide not to build, or worse yet not to build with us, at the very least we know we provided you every resource to make a final verdict your best interest.
